Followed this guy's instructions, my 2nd time doing it. This time I
added around 2 cups of extra sugar and let it sit for 13 days instead
of a week to get the alcohol content up a bit :)

Bought just regular champagne yeast from amazon (no brew shops around here)

I filled up 4 of those mountain dew bottles and half a growler. Let's
get drunk! :)

Sweet bro! I'm gonna try this! Love cider

Absolutely homie. Just buy Mott's apple juice from the grocery, add some yeast, wait, then drink :)

There is some shit that settles down to the bottom when you're cappin' it. Just dump it....

My first batch I was pretty excited and drunked it all up that same day. Good stuff.

Can't be sure....when I started this batch the couple cups of sugar was sitting at the bottom, by the time I capped it, it was gone. Based on the first time I tried it to a T by the video, at 3%, I'd say this batch ended up at 5-6% or so. My lady came into the kitchen when I finalizing it and said it smelled like a brewery :)

I've had people walk into a room I was in and say that to me many times.

I make it all the time but actually ferment in two stages to eliminate sediment and for a minimum of one month. Also, dropping a few cinnamon sticks in there turns out good

Nice - what do you mean 2 stages? Drain first time using a little hose, let it sit for another couple weeks? I tried using a coffee filter to get rid of the sediment this time but it was draining way to slow and I'm impatient :) There wasn't that much to deal to really deal with, last time I wasted a lot more dumping it.

Is there an actual recipe for this? I couldn't really hear what he used...yeast and apple juice?

I first strain it into a primary fermentation bucket with a C02 carb for two weeks then strain it into a second bucket adding more sugar and yeast (I like mine strong). Then, after a couple more weeks or until I see my CO2 carb bubbling slow down I strain it into another bucket that has a valve and hose at the bottom. I then fill individual 16oz bottles with a little priming sugar for just a hint of carbonation. After a very long week they should be GTG!

Woody, I'll post some up later, at work now
