i'm currently bulking, which is going very well, and i havn't got drunk since new years. its not a resolution to stop drinking but i was going to try and quit while i'm lifting during the offseason. My weight and stength are incresing weekly and i dont want to fuck it up. i know beer has alot of calories and stuff but would some hard alcohol like whiskey push back these gains? oh yeah and i'm on creatine also
