Ok, but do you sit back really far, or do your knees come forward of your ankles? Do you have pics or vids? I almost never feel my squats in my quads, although they get hit, the hams and glutes take the real beating.
thats hard to see. if you sit back more youll recruit your hams more instead of your quads. i mean sit back really far, so your knees dont move forward at all.
