If in the event you have created a NEW order or ticket, received a reply replied back to an existing ticket from one of our responses within the past 24hr please simply remain patient while the service technicians complete the final store updates. Please respond and use your pre-existing tickets if you already have them, please do not create any new tickets this may slow down the response as all orders and tickets will be answered in the order that we receive them.
This will not affect any recent or pending orders that have been made. Please remain patient with us as we continue with our routine maintenance..
