Hairloss on Dbols

I don't think I'd be a sure as some of these guys about the hair coming back. Dbol converts to dht and will cause male pattern baldness. Stopping the conversion by stopping the dbol will probably halt the loss, but it won't stop on a dime and I wouldn't bet my hair on it growing back every time. I'd try to find another less problematic compuond instead of guessing about whether it will grow back. Personal call, but a no brainer for me.
Yeah guess it depends on whats more important, hair, or muscle.....to me its a no brainer.....I'f I had to pick one or the other I would take a full head of hair anyday.....you can still build muscle and look good without juice....hair, its not that easy.....im not a pro athlete, and im not a pro bodybuilder so I really dont need the muscle, and anymore, it seems like the chicks dont put as much emphasis on a guy haveing big muscle as you may think.......

Some take Proscar while on b/c it binds to the DHT receptor but DHT isnt all bad and is responsible for size and strength.

Bro, it does not bind to DHT receptor, it inhibits the conversion of test to DHT by 5-a reductase. If you want to keep up blood levels of DHT and its benefits but BLOCK dht receptors, the theory is that spironolactone -- an androgen blocker -- will block the DHT receptor without reducing the systemic "benefits" of DHT.gator_mclusky said:

Maxpain woman are shallow. At least women of todays time they are. If a guy looks good with no hair and has big muscles then its no big deal. If a guy looks like a cancer patient with no hair and has real big muscles thats a different story. You can get as big as you want but your probably not gonna get pussy unless your paying a hoe.
Fuck dudes, shallow or not shallow, whatever.....my hair is important to me, whether it be self confidence or what....I would prefer to have a thick head of hair, and to me, its not worth compromising my hair for muscle.....im not by any means putting anyone down who thinks the opposite, just me.....

If so, Proscar is useless against anything other that test and that includes D-Bol, Primo, Winnie, EQ, or anything else for that matter. Sorry dont know about dbol, but thinking about it......
5AR metabolises many AS by adding a hydrogen to carbon 5 (ie reducing C5)
eg Test is converted to Dihydrotestosterone (DHT)
Boldenone (Eq) is converted to Dihydroboldenone (DHB)
Nandrolone (Deca) is converted to Dihydronandrolone (DHN)
5AR blockers effectiveness in stopping hairloss depends on 2 things
1. If the AS is DHT based or not
2. If not DHT based, then how bad is the parent compound compared to it's 5AR metabolites on the hair.....
If the AS is DHT based then 5AR blockers will have no effect in reducing hairloss caused by this AS cos it's already in its C5 reduced form (examples include winny, primo, masteron)
Dbol isn't DHT based, but can cause hairloss - Looking at it's structure it is probably a substrate for 5AR, but I'm not sure what the 5AR metabolites are.........
So if dbol itself isn't bad on the hair then yes finasteride will reduce hairloss (assuming the 5AR metabolite is responsable for any hairloss) - if however dbol itself is bad on the hair then blocking 5AR will have no effect on hairloss........
So to find out about dbol/finasteride/hairloss you need to find out what the 5AR metabolites of dbol are & how they are on the hair compared to dbol itself - then you'll have your answer (in theory at least!)
