i wear a hat 24/7 outside the house.....only off at the house and the 15 hours i work at GNC. otherwise its hat time. apply the spiro or whatever in the evening.....plenty of time hatless for it to soak on in, as well as disperse the smell. yes your head will smell bad in the morning with minoxidil and spiro in it...but then your gonna wash it with nizoral shampoo like you've been advised. now stop being a (|) and rub that shit on your head.

Not sure if any of you guys have heard of this but there's a company called Shen Min. I've used the stuff and it really works. As far as during a cycle, not sure, but all in all...it does work.
