weekly
these were my lifts, felt like a fukin beast and like i was blasting
you guys were the onyl people i could tell, since yous are probably the only ones i know who understand weight lifting, none of my freinds or family understand it so have no idea

bodyweight (233) + 135 added to belt, 4 reps
lat pull downs with v bar

today, fml never been so sore, arse cheeks are bleeding lol
