Gyno surgery: 1 week post op update.

Well I finally had a peek at the chest as the bandages were taken off by the surgeon today. It looks MUCH better. :) He said it looks to be healing totally fine. The contour of the pec looks great. The amount of tissue removed is quite noticable, especially on the side that was extra bad. The old fucking puffy cone shape that tormented me for 15 years is now TOTALLY obliterated!! :)

I asked him how much he removed in total and he said "about the size of a hamburger patty in total". (most of it was glandular tissue and the rest of it was some stubborn fat that never went away unless my bodyfat was under 10%. Anything higher and it would return in a disproportionate ratio to my other bodyfat.)

Needless to say, I am very pleased with the job he did. Unfortunately I still gotta wear this compression vest for another 2 or 3 weeks and have to wait till about New Year's before I can really start trainning again. But I guess on the bright side this gives joints a chance to rest and my hunger and desire to train is through the roof. You really miss if when you cannot do it!!

Moral of the story here is if you can afford to do the op, and you were thinking of doing it because diet and/or drug induced attempts of removal have failed, then find an accomplished surgeon and DO IT!!!!!!! :chomp: :)

Will you do another cycle and risk it coming back?

Most of my gyno was already there from puberty, and got worse from a few cycles....

But yes, I want to definitely go back on, and I will be more conservative with AAS dosages as well as compounds and more aggressive with Anti Es. I am done using any type of prolactin types such as Deca.

The surgeon did however explain to me that there is a much smaller likelihood of having problems again as there is 90% less glandular tissue there now... hence 90% less "material" for it to grow from. There is still that 10% remaining that could grow into another lump if I was reckless, but I will not let that happen. It still COULD come back if I don't be careful.

I plan going back on cycle in Febuary or March once I know I am fully good to go training wise and feel no more aching.

FYI I had gyno surgery doe due to puberty.

I've done cycles since and no gyno.

When glands are removed they are gone forever.

Congrats on the surgery going well!

You are obviously feeling very happy with the results of your surgery. Just a little more aggressive with the AI's next cycle & you will be fine. Maybe adex at .25mg ED on cycle. Good luck on the recovery

congrats bro I wish you a speedy recovery. And I feel your pain about not being able to train bro, it drives me nuts when I can't hit the gym. But dont stress to bad if you eat like a beast and rest up you'll be strong as ever when you finally hit the iron again. Good luck bro

But yes, I want to definitely go back on, and I will be more conservative with anabolic androgenic steroids dosages as well as compounds and more aggressive with Anti Es. I am done using any type of prolactin types such as Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - .
