Gyno situations

I've never had to deal with gyno in the past, but yesterday I noticed the nips were slightly puffy. Today, they are puffier and getting a little sensitive. I immediately upped my AI, but I want to be extremely proactive about this. I'm at the beginning of this cycle. Do you guys recommend Nolva or Letro to nip this in the bud? Or, should I just keep the AI jacked?

exactly, we dont know a thing for a fact without bloodwork... it also makes it difficult when you dont give an necessary info to help you.. what are you running? how long? doses?
