Gyno rebound

sup bros after my last cycle I got a mild case of gyno.. I ran 40-60 mg of Nolva and 2mg of Letro was on for about a month and a 1/2 and it pretty much went away so I stoped takeing and now its back.. what did I do wrong? should i have kept running it longer? or is this gyno more severe? I feel the ball behind my nipps and my tits are starting to cone shape lol

should I run the letro and nolva again?

I would run the letro and noval therapy again but this time keep running a low dose of letro so that your estrogen will be subsided until your hormones level out. Try staying on for 3-4 weeks after you finish this next course.

No the last cycle was Dbol 50mg ED and Test E 500mg EW

For me, no matter what cycle I run or how good my PCT works. I still always run a small dose of Arimidex for 3 months after my cycle is over. I usually run .5mg MWF. I find that it almost completely eliminates the fat and acne rebound that I usually get post cycle.

Good luck, its worth a shot.

stay on the nolva.. its directly blocks estrogen from the receptors in ur nipples ..

what everyone should use. an AROMATASE inhibitor. which should be used during and after cycle.

people often lose sight of the fact that nolva is a SERM, and while its an effective breast cancer treatment, it also has estrogenic activity.

note- upregulation of the PgR is implicated in gyno, the issue is more prevalent when progestins are/were involved.

aromasin never hurts as well... never used AIFM but I guess it has a great sex drive increase side effect so maybe that as well

as a note- none of those drugs produce or increase progesterone (in fact most of them actually suppress natural progesterone- which is a bad thing)


they are progestins, many of them like nolva, have mixed activity at the PgR.

So does the Aromatase inhibitor do anything for the estrogen already causing the gyno.??? or does it just block or stop any estrogen from further developing .?

estrogen has a very short half life, so aromatase inhibitors start working quite quickly. AIFM and aromasin you will see effects in the first day.

now some methylated metabolites (from compounds like dbol, can hang around a while).. hence when using dbol or start using the aromatase inhibitor first (so the metabolites are not formed)

when i finished a cycle i started feeling my nips sore even though i had finish my pct and then 6 months after boom it started again, why i don't know i wasn't even taking anything just my multi-v and natural supplements, i did a blood test and my estro was high and my test was high too. i did another pct cycle and took care of the problem.

I dont know .. Novla saved my ass before . got some good help and info from Mr.X and some bros on here .. just thought id pass on the knowledge.. But i didnt know it could make ur gyno worse.? but what can u do..
