Gyno & puffy nips after pct! Help!

Hi guys I recently did a cycle of Sustanon 500mg & NPP 600mg for ten weeks
I stopped 7 weeks ago and just finished my pct of clomid and nolva
I have grown gyno in the last two weeks of my cycle even though I was running armidex and nolva
It's blown up massively and my nips are still puffy as hell and im worried the gyno is getting bigger
What should I do?!

I'll add after I get out the shower they go back to normal size for a while? :S
