Gyno location

Delinquent

Well-known member
OK I've been searching for an answer but haven't been able so find one. For the guys that have had gyno, where is the lump usually located? Is it directly underneath the nip or under the areola(sp?)? I think I may have had gyno for some time even before I started my first cycle b/c I had a little lump under the areola but I need to make sure. Nips have been a little more sensitive since starting the deca. They used to hurt every once in a while even when I was natural so I'm not sure if I'm pyching myself out or what. I'm coming up on week 3 of my deca cycle of only 300mg ever 4th day so I'm not taking that much. Once I found that deca has a halflife of 6 days not 15, I'm seriously short on deca. Do you guys think I should be safe and stop or am I just psyching myself out?

It can be located in either area, directly behind the nipple,or behind the arreola. If you have a pebble-like lump behind either area, that is definitely the onset.

Thanks for answering bro. Everytime I hear of gyno, people say behind the nip and just needed a clarification. Looks like my first cycle is over. What a great way to start. :bawling:

That sucks bro! Were you using any Anti-E's? What was your cycle? How long did it take to get a lump? Are you taking anything now to keep it from becoming permanent?

It was deca so there wasn't much I could do since it's prog gyno not estro gyno. I'm thinking it may have been there prior to starting the cycle though b/c two weeks seems awfully fast for deca to casue gyno.

From what I've read some experience a decrease in the mass by pure luck but if it was in fact prog induced gyno, then I think it's there for good unless I have surgery. I can be left in side but is could cause a disfiguration of the chest. Hopefully not though. If anyone can correct me, please do.

did you get any symptoms? itchy nipples, sore etc... What is your bf% There are people who get natural gyno during puberty. If you have lost alot of weight you might have had it all along and they are becoming more prononuced due to the fat loss. You can try vitex but I think that only works for the earlier symptoms (puffy nips, etc.)

One question for the pros.

Can you get gyno and not have any symptoms? Thanks

No itchiness but my nips starting hurting a couple days after my first injection but I knew that was just my head playing with me. After two weeks though, my nips would hurt at least once or twice everyday and it was worrying the hell out of me. Last time I had BF% checked I was at 17% which is a lof higher than I wanted to be at before starting but I couldn't wait any longer. Plus I'd rather bulk as much as possible then shed the fat later. I just didn't feel comfortable enough continuing the cycle without something to combat it.

it can be under the nipples , it can extend outward along pec in " tendrils".

it is RARELY permanent.. though the initial tissue growth.. usually is.. ie you will be more prone to gyno for the various reasons than someone who does not have the "pebble".. most gyno recedes if the offending issue, becuase it can be one of many, is removed or reduced..

btw- have you tried vitex.. many deca and fina users have been getting good results with it..
