Guys, how many pair of dress/casual shoes are in your rotation?

How many different pair do you actively wear in a given period? I tend to only wear my newest pair, or at most one black and one brown/wine color pair. I have two pair that I don't wear just because they need new shoe strings and I'm too lazy to get them.

I'm trying to get to where I have 3-4 good pair to rotate amongst. I'm going to buy some Dr. Marten oxfords this week and maybe some Johnston & Murphy's.

I scuff up the toes of my shoes too easily because my feet kinda fidget under my desk. They look worn fairly soon. I need to stop that.

I think these are my next casuals.

I've got two pairs of shoes. My work shoes and my runners. I'm going to be starting a new job that sells a type of running shoe next year so I'll only have one pair of shoes.
