Guys Hair Cuts

So my knew party life has made me realize most guys out all have the same hair cut..

i can't lie I follow the trend sort of messy, with highlights, except i have it a little longer in the front...

hows your dew
 
0 on the sides, faded out, finger length up top. I used to have those damn blonde highlights in it when I played guinea pig for my brother's girlfriend.

I'm ashamed that I even had those damn highlights in my hair.
 
bout 2 inches up top with a medium fade to the skin. long by USMC standards, but I like it because it is simple and hassle free. I slick it to the sides, with the split off center.
 
i gave up on hair 2 years ago.

i shave my head along with my face every morning.
 
I've got short hair (longer than the average guy-short, though) combed back and wavy. Damn it looks good.

i cut the top of my hair only,,,,any one use the floby hair cutting system
 
Just a #2 clipper on the side, and a little longer on the top. Basic, simple, zero prep time, and it doesn't go everywhere when I take my toque off. (Toque-compatability is very important in the winter...)

Besides, it looks like crap no matter what I do to it. Perfectly straight, baby-fine. I've tried waves, highlights, mousse, pomade, and enough gel to hold a full-throttle 747 to the tarmac. It doesn't help.

But hope springs eternal, so can anyone recommend a good stylist in midtown Manhattan or central NJ? I would like to take another try at doing something (anything!) else when we get out of toque weather - if nothing else, just some professional colouring to hide the grey, which is spreading at an alarming rate. Always swore to God I wouldn't go grey while still single...and don't tell me it looks "distinguished." It makes me look OLD, dammit.
 
you could try Just for Men for a cheap fix up on the gray

second you have strait hair...its a blessing, use these three things a good hair spray, bed head, and conditioner...and try a hair dryer for volume
 
shaved head down to #1 with connecting facial hair.

High Intensity, i had that same dew up until a month ago and then just got fed up and shaved it. I can grow a really mean goatie so with my shaved head it looks great!! Plus i dont spend all morning styling it and don't have to worry when putting on t-shirts or caps. Life is good but i never noticed how cold you get when you don't have hair on your head.

Plus less hair also makes your head look smaller which in turn makes your body look bigger.
 
I'm growing mine long, for the first time in my 21 years. It's awesome looking. Right now, it's about 4-5 inches long, parted in the middle and spills over my face. Very little maintanence except for the common shampooing, conditioning (very important with long hair), and brushing. I used to always use gel when it was short but now it doesn't matter.

My woman loves it and I look totally different. Ultimately, I'd like it to look similar to that guy on 7th heaven.

Ugh... straight hair is a curse dude. I had straight hair and no matter how much gel - no matter what brand - and hair spray I put on, the fucker would take FOREVER to get into place. If I took off my shirt or ran my hand through my hair or anything, BAM, fucked up for the rest of the day. I HATE straight hair.

It's so much better now. I can stuff my hand in there, mess it all up, and it will still look awesome.

yes well it does take me an hour to get ready, and then its an adventure to get to where im going without messing it up

how true!! in the last 2 years i have made drastic changes in my physical appearence. LASIK allows my piercing blue eyes to be seen, a shaved head, moustache and goatee transformed my otherwise bland face, and 2 years of lifting weights have helped the rest of the ol' bod.

girls just LOVE to rub the smooth head! which often leads to the OTHER smooth head being rubbed.......:p
 
Had a Caesar-cut for years. Long B-4 George Clooney made it popular. Now it is growing out. Jet-black, no high lights gelled straight back.
 
Shaved every morning with the ol Mach III.

Been doing it for over 8 years and aint' about to grow it back.

Goes great with my goatee
 
i use a #3 on the sides and then i leave around 3-4 inches ontop...just enough so that when i part it down the middle and feather it to the sides, it looks bomb as hey-ull. i keep the back rather clean cut, like #1 or #2 depending on my mood, and i have a 6 inch rat tail growing out of the base. fuck it looks good and the ladies can't stop playing with the tail. especially since i put highlights all in it. when you have a superior wang you gotta represent with the right 'do.

I love my Caesar, it can also be made to stick up in front... jelled to death and very very dark brown...Looks cool with my tan
It works for me, I did the long hair in the 80's --over it.

Not a perm. It's called a body wave. It's similar to a perm only the hair is messed with so that it becomes wavy as opposed to really tight and curly. Unfortunately I fucked up and got it cut shorter than I wanted so now I have to wait for it to grow back. Too bad... it was looking awesome.

I like a guys hair to look different and stand out....I lovee long hair....curly and afroish ala Justin from N Sync....some guys can pull off that look...otherwise I like it messy and spikey looking and somewhat long....or completely bald....some guys look SO sexy with bald heads....yummy
 
2-guard on the sides, just long enough to part from left to right on the top. Classic, Classy, Pimp

Bald is pretty cool on some people, others it just makes you look like a biker or freak. I guess its how you carry yourself and dress from the neck down also....Word

I've had my hair a million different styles. I just got done with the slicked back ponytail in the back. My hair used to look like scott hall's. Now I have it kinda like that guy who slept with the prostitute. Hugh Grant or something.
