The Setup: I own the Captains of Crush hand grippers (trainer, #1, #2) and use my taped up wrist roller (w/#25 on a 3' chord) - which are used as follows: Wrist roller on Monday -/- Crushers on Thursday. Do a farmers walk with D.B.'s after dead lifts on Friday (sporadically).
Q. Why is it my grip still seems to be lacking? I do a 5x5 workout on the crushers - and still I have some pain (in the forearms/elbow area) and difficulty crushing everyday objects (i.e. a huge wad of paper/chunk of rubber/ etc).
Any thoughts?
Less volume/more volume/ change in frequency?
