grilling in the summer

The summer is fast approaching and it is time to bring the grill out of the shed and start BBQ'ing some nice stuff. Those of you outside of the solid south don't know how important a good BBQ is so I invested in a nice one for about 2K. To me it was an investment because I can cook anything on it and it can also be used as a smoker. who on here also is into BBQ'ing and what tips do you have?

Nah, I have some of those attention loving neighbors you get that try to be noisy and conveniently only go outside when you do. I'd rather give up BBQ indefinitely than deal with those clowns shooting off there guns all night, acting like jackasses, just to eat some nice food.

yes i will do BBQ. in fact i did it yesterday.

one of my specialties is bbq chicken. you can either slice breasts or get cutlets and marinade them in a low FODMAP bbq sauce and add in herbs. then throw them on the grill and slow cook them until they are cooked inside.

I am not an expert by any means but do enjoy some chicken or beef BBQ'd during the summer.
