gymtime New member Aug 31, 2001 #3 Yeah, nutrition facts should be on there. It should keep for about 3 days tops. If you're going to let it sit longer than that, I'd freeze it.

J Jessyca143 New member Sep 1, 2001 #7 raw 4 oz = 120 cal 20 gr protein >1 gr carb even raw varies, depending on the cut/brand. uncooked chicken lasts 2 days refrigerated, lasts forever frozen. if you defrost your chicken and decide you dont want to use it all, the remaining cannot be re-frozen... it will go bad. jessyca =P~
