green tea extract

Guys im a little confuseed here on how many caps i should have daily of this green tea extract.The side says a serving (3 capsules ) contains 999mg green tea leaf extract(standerdized for 15% polyhepnols), 300mgs green tea leaves. i think i may of bought the wrongv thing but it was the only thing the store had . How may servings should i take a day and when

we do know it-

999mg standardized for 15% EGCG is roughly 150mg EGCG per 3 caps. I would say 3 of these servings would be sufficient (for a total of 450mg EGCG). Just space them out, but really try to have a serving before cardio/training...
