I was walking through my local WAL-Mart today saw a GREEN TEA BLEND for sale 1.99/30 caps. Have been reading alot about the use of green tea for dieting lately, so I bought a few bottles....
The ingrediants listed per capsule:
-Green Tea (leaf) 317mg
-Green Tea Extract (leaf) 300 mg [standardized to 50% polyphenols, 150mg]
-White Tea Extract 50mg [standardized to 40% polyphenols, 20mg]
-Rosemary extract 5mg
SO is it a complete waste to take? If it isn't what dosage scheldule should I follow?
