Greek yogurt

I'll use non-fat greek yogurt (strategically placed) in my offseason.

It depends on the person and the rest of his nutrition plan.

If you like and it's low fat go for it.
Is it good to putting on size? Well if you eat nothing but that you might have a problem.

why does it need to be low fat?

if anything the ONLY healthy dairy needs to be HIGH FAT.

if you see yogurt that says low fat then RUN. it means they added sugars/fillers in fat's place.

and no unless you are getting yogurt from a goat in fucking Italy that is unpasteurized then i don't see how it is 'healthy'.. a mediocre snack at best and most yogurts you will buy have sugar added, read the ingredients.

they always get some anorexic woman in those commercials to push fucking yogurt and every fat chick in America has that first thing in the morning and they stay fat.

Doesn't work that way where I live.

I'm not a big fan of dairy. It's very inflammatory in the body.

I would use other protein options like eggs, poultry, lean meat etc
