well i got bored today and it was 80 and sunny a nice change from the rain. i decided to do a little sled dragging to start. i did sprints with 150 pounds and then some regular drags. then i dropped the sled and did plain sprints i never knew icould run so fast. must be all the hamstring work. i then procedd to fill my wheelbarrel with 250 pounds of junk and walk around. it was easy. i moved the weight closer to handles and taped the handles making them thicker
. that fixed the problem made it much harder i almost did not make my designated route and after all this i had drank 32 ounces of water and almost threw up. i love it thanks for all the ideas i get off this board
