Tore my knee cap up a little bit and while back and it's taking FOREVER to heal. The other day I thought i'd try some stiffy deadlifts(light weight also), in the efforts that it wasn't going to effect my knee at all. WRONG....My knee has been killing me ever since, and it's very uncomfortable to sit in some positions. In other words I have probably brought my knee injury to the next level, and im scared to even attemp deads again. This sucks...
