had my measurements and bodyfat tested yesterday by a different person than 3 months ago (the first time it was ever tested). we weren't sure how it was done the first time, so she did the calipers 3-point and 4-point methods. okay, 3 months ago i was at 26%. last night on the 3-point method i was 23% and on the 4-point method i was at 16%. now does this mean i'm probably at 20%? or, does it mean she didn't know what she was doing??
either way, i'm excited about my progress (i'm starting to get abs peaking for the first time in my life) i lost 1 inch on my hips / 1 inch on my upper arm (underarm fat's going away) / 1 inch on my waist / gained 1/2 inch on thigh (either b/c of she measured differently or b/c of squats) / 2 inches off breasts rolleyes: - why must it be this way? ). oh, and weight has dropped 15lbs.
