Any thoughts?

I know that an excess of calories at one time will lead to calories stored as fat but I'm wondering if the digestion will be slowed as to stave off catabolsim for a longer time. (Accepting the inevitable fat gain.)

Am I full of shit or does this have merit?

I'm going to withdraw my response b/c looking back, I don't think I really get what the question is about.

Is it about the occasional binge when you know you won't have time for lunch, or is it about constantly eating only 1 or 2 meals a day? Are you talking about fat storage or macronutrient use?

Wilson6? MS?

I'm pretty sure he means that if you know your not going to be able to eat for a couple of hours, then you eat more than the usual amount at that meal, which I think if your bulking its a must, but if cutting I would just eat the regular meal.

Yep - the I'm going to miss lunch thing.

Will this prolong the time until catobolism? Would this work before a workout?

I heard that drinking water slows down digestion... If that is true, i would eat a lot and drink a lot of water [if you are allowed] during the time when you can not eat in hopes of slowing down digestion to make sure you absorb more over the longer time...

Sharks can store food in their stomachs without digesting it, for later use. That is why the have "feeding frenzies" because they store the food. Too bad you can't do that...
