I'm 16 and I've had my dad's old weight set for a while. He gave me a little weekly routine.
I do it twice a day 6 times a week.
First I put on 70 Lb do 8 reps twice.
Than I add 5lb to each side and do 6.
Etc until I get down to 2 reps twice with 100-110 lb. (Bench pressing)
When do I advance in weights ?
What kind of foods should I stick too?
Is there a better routine ?
Am I over working myself?
Also I want to be cut and lean, not huge and bulky.
