I want to start a cut sometime before the summer... but am not sure if when the best time is to start? When I do it, it'll be after football season, so about mid way through October. I've never cut before, so bare with me folks! 
I still want to get stronger, and put on more muscle, but I also want to get rid of excess fat. But would it be a better idea to bulk for the winter, and cut in the spring so I'll be shredded for the summer?
Also what should I be expecting as far as diet and workout is concerned? Will my workout change at all, or just diet?
Again, never cut before, so any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks folks!
