Good sources of protein that don't need to be cooked with low carbs?
All I can think of is Turkey and tuna. Nuts aren'y really a good source, imo.
Because I'm busy a lot, I can't cook meats so would eating turkey as my main protein source be bad? Mainly turkey, little whey, and a chicken breast or two.
