I have adopted a 2 and 3 day split ... why? cause it works best for me. it may NOT work best for you though. it depends
my workouts are not what you guys would assume at all. and I do not follow the cookie cutter shit you read from these coaches. it is very fast, very intense and lasts only 30 minutes. it includes things like gymnastics which 99% of guys in the gym are incapable of even doing. i then spend another 20 minutes stretching and doing yoga
i also eat very different then what the gurus teach. I intermittent fast almost everyday. and I eat only 2 meals a day.
