Im off my blking sessions and need to lower the BF% a little so I need to know if this seems good. Ive never cut before, have always been a heavy lifter with the big protiend intake so Im not too sure how this is suppose to go. Any advice would be useful
...Right now IM EC and ALA, working out 30 mins cardio 30 mins five times a day, 2 galls a water a day with high protein to keep up with the workouts...
Will most likely go for 4 weeks
