Good program to lower BF%?!

Im off my blking sessions and need to lower the BF% a little so I need to know if this seems good. Ive never cut before, have always been a heavy lifter with the big protiend intake so Im not too sure how this is suppose to go. Any advice would be useful

...Right now IM EC and ALA, working out 30 mins cardio 30 mins five times a day, 2 galls a water a day with high protein to keep up with the workouts...

Will most likely go for 4 weeks

WAs just wondering if this seems like a good way to lower the BF%

I hope u mean your working out 5 times a week. But that looks good make sure if u cant get in to do cardio on an empty stomach your doing it after your workout. Also maybe add in a day or 2 of HIIT cardio. i feel it works great but people dont like it bc its very tough. Also diet is key u probably know this but youve got to lower your cal intake
 
Oh yeah...
five times a week I meant.
And my cal intake is lower somewhat, its just a little hard to control my diet cause im living with my parents and all, only thing I can really do is lower my amount of servings. Either than that i plan on hitting my goal in lowering about 5-8%BF in about 11-13 weeks
 
cycle your carbs in a 3 day cycle

400 day one 100-200 day 2-3

keep fats under 20-30 make them all come from good sources like fishoils, pumpkin seeds, olive oil, flaxseed
