Ok bros, now right off the bat let me through out on the table that any "serious" bb'er doesn't drink alcohol and party etc. But on occasion we need to enjoy ourself.

Post up what your training, diet, supplementation the day of and day after drinking, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY your drink of choice if you are to drink (the one that seems to affect you the least in terms of gains).


Here is what I did and felt ok the next day. Hit legs in the am, low carbs before and after workout and kept intensity up to spark the metabolism. For the rest of the day ate no carbs, just protein and veggies with efa's in preparation for the carbs I'd be ingesting from the alcohol. Kept water intake REAL high all day and choose to drink Coronas with lime with the occasional sip of water now and then to keep hydrated. I tried to limit consumption to about 2-3 beers per hour max and no more than 5 total.

Came home, took a multi, Tylers, vit c b and e along with 40 g of protein and lots of water then hit the hay.


I see so many guys out at night that are drinking and look phenomenal, tan, ripped, good thickness etc...... how is it done?

If you have an actual method aside from "I just drink man" then post it up!

i just drink man!

no but seriously i am drinking now. vodka and diet redbull sugar free. not enough to get me pissed but have got that tipsy feeling. have managed to keep up protein intake all night and will continue to do so tomorrow. won't eat carbs tomorrow or monday, apart from after workout on monday(tomorrow is off day). gonna do an hour cardio tomorrow afternoon. i do this about once maybe twice a month. never really affects my training from what i've noticed.

9:00 am 250 to 500iu hcg (optional)

Eat six good meals throughout the day. Drink a little more water than usual.

11:45 pm take 25mg ephedrine, 4 Glucorell, 3 Sesapure, 2 milk thistle, and multi. I usually bring some gluc, sesa, etc in case I end up drinking late.

12:00 am meal replacement shake with Taurine.

12:15 am arrive at club where there should be some girls.
(hopefully these girls have been drinking awhile)

12:45 am if no available girls, then get the fuck out (avoids fights, drinking, etc)
If girls are available for sex get a drink and get to work. Make sure to get one water with each drink. I prefer gin and diet tonic or soda.

1:30 am if things are going well w/a girl, then take half of a 100mg viagra

2:00 am offer to drive drunk girl to your house, so you have access to protien. Take other half of viagra.
(if she would rather go to her house make sure you have 1 or 2 protien bars)

2:30 am Have a quick MRP. (if time permits) Then, get an optional drink or two to relax, so you do not put on a poor performance.

Note: I also call a cab around 2:30 am, so it arrives approximately the time I am finishing.

mainly... genetics.

though the leaner you are, the more active and better you hydrate will also make a difference.

sesapure will help reduce toxic alcohol metabolites (aldehydes).
 
Only drink on Friday and if you drink drink whatever you want start drinking on friday around 7 do not stay out too late and dont drink too much. Its easy drink whatever you want there will be a point when I am pretty messed up and I won't even want to drink. And I will be functional and just tired. Go home drink water go to bed. Wake up take my multvitiam like ALWAYS anyways. Drink some coffee. GUYS green tea is a must. Green tea speeds up your metabolism and really cleans you out. I do not do anything physical the next day really I just sit around Like I am doing today because I drank too much though last night and came home at 5am. Slept till 1 been eating and i took a shower. Just keep eating clean and get your minerals and vitamins in. Dont beat your self up working out with a hangvoer your body is hurt and it needs to rest . =D

haha...good shit bro. That sounds like me to a T. If theres no potential hotties then don't drink and jet...but if so have a couple diet cokes with vodka to wash down the Viagra and get to pimpin it!
 
I dont drink often, but when I do, I hit it hard. I don't drink beer. Way too many calories, carbs, and bloat. I'll usually drink good stuff straight like Goose, Hennesy, Black/Gold label. The reason being A) that shit tastes awesome B) it's not cheap garbage that'll give you a massive hangover and C) it's strong enough that even at 280 lbs I can get buzzed from 2-3 drinks to start and then just 1 per hour after that to keep it going. As far as diet and supp the day of and after, if I know I'm gonna drink I just get in extra protein the day of and after. I'll eat carbs with my meal preceeding the drinking, but other than that I try to minimze carbs and calories the day of. After, I eat clean, but sort of "carb up" and drink lots of water. I've never tried any anti-hangover pills, and I don't waste my Tyler's since I don't drink that often.

I will say that the morning after a hard party, I look fuckin awesome in the mirror. I guess losing pretty much all your interstitial water witll do that to you!

So you take a higher carb approach while drinking.... thats cool...so you think that vodka etc is better than lite beer? I have always taken that approach as well, but sometimes hard alcohol makes me feel real flat and weak the next day compared to beer.....probably because beer may actually stock glycogen store more than hard alcohol.

I normally look sick the night of and the next day.....maybe thats because when I drink theres females involved which means 150mg provrion and 50mg cialis ed for a few days before. Then add the acohol to lose some fluid temporarily and you look great. Then it hits you a day or two after.
 
Well I only increase carbs the day after because they'll help suck the water and nutrients back into the muscles. Also, if I'm at my or my gf's place I'll suck down about 10-15 BCAA horse pills the morning after since I'm usually too hung over to eat right away, let alone a dozen egg whites and motherfucking cock sucking plain Quaker oats. The day of is low carb up until the meal immediately prior to drinking, in which I'll take in maybe 100 g complex carbs just so I dont get sick. As far as hard alcohol vs beer, I just like the hard stuff. And even though I'm not single anymore, when I'm out I just feel the beer bottle gives off the wrong vibe. I'm not a frat boy or a 300 lb lard ass who hasn't seen his dick in 15 years because of the belly he's accumulated from the beer he so obviously enjoys. I'm sure there's some in between ground there but ya know what I'm sayin...
