good or bad advice?

I have been speaking to my uncle who has lifted religiously for about 25 years or so, He suggested I run 30mg d-bol 5 days a week for 1st week, 35 mg 5 days week for 4weeks, finishing the 6th week off at 30 mg for 5 days, at the same time run 600mg week of test cyp for 10 weeks. good or bad advice? this will be my only cycle of the year ,hoping to put on 25,30lbs
 
Why would you only run the d-bol 5 days/week? And what's the point of "ramping up and down" by 5mg?

Just pick a dose and run it every day for 4-6 weeks.
 
yeah, looks good, but yeah why ramp up? and why only 5days? the ramp up might be a good idea if you don't know how it will affect you tho...

(1) What is your age?
(2) What is your heigth and body weight?
(3) How long have you trained?
(4) What cycles have you run before?
(5) What is the logic behind the 5 days on, 2 off?
(6) How was 600 cyp arrived at?
(7) What will you take to combat the rise in esto during the cycle?
(8) What changes to your libido and social relationships do you expect?

I ask all this to prepare you for the changes with a clear mind as to what to expect. Also to gauge if it is too much.
