Good multivitamin for females

Can anyone suggest a good multi for my girlfriend? or are they all pretty much the same?

i just do a couple centrums each day...now i'm wondering if this is sufficient or if i should switch over to a twinlab, animak pak, etc. sort of vitamin. any thoughts?
