I I'D RATHER BE DEADLIFTING New member Dec 17, 2001 #5 So would it be really weird if someone could do more weight in the arched back goodmorning than in their squat? If it makes a difference I'm a much stronger deadlifter than squatter(nearly 100 lb difference)
