I came up with a bench routine to pack some pounds onto my bench. When I started my bench was 200 to my chest now its 250. The current routine goes like this
set1:150 ,8reps
set2:175 ,6reps
set3:190 ,4reps
set4:250 ,1rep
set5:195 ,3reps
set6:180 ,5reps
The only thing I'm worried about is my gains have been progressing so fast I'm not sure if my body can handle it.
I.E. Been getting alot of joint aches.
