I just bought a packet of these. The nutritional info impressed me:
per 100g
23g Protein
5g Carbs
40g Fat
(of which 4g sat, 7g mono,
29g poly (of which 6g omega 6, 23g omega 3) )
16g fibre
gluten free, lactose free
Am I right in thinking these are flax seeds, and would there be much nutritional difference in eating these instead of drinking the oil?
