I am right now at 120lbs, 5ft 4in tall my in are::10 ¾ both arms, legs are at 19in, waist is 27.5in and hips are 31in chest 34in.
I am 5 weeks out right now form my next bikini show and looking to gain muscle from here and tone lower Ab’s as well. I hope to be figure ready by next year. I am also looking at improving my max weights for a small local competition we will be hosting here at our gym they are 210lbs dead lift, 210lbs squat, 125lbs bench right now all my max lifts.
I will take progress photos every 2 weeks to show how this stack is working for me. I am on the eat clean diet as well

Is the Katanadrol for cutting?? It seems like putting on muscle 5 weeks out from a competition may be counter productive? I'm not overly familiar with Katanadrol although it looks like it's used mainly for cutting if used alone? I`m very interested to see your results.

yes it is for cutting I want to docut now and then after the show bulk up some in hopes of having a better bod for figure next year

IIRC it's a winstrol derivative, so like Winnie you could potentially use it in higher dosages to build LBM. In lower dosages you'd get the muscle sparing effect while leaning out.

katana is soley for cutting/recomp purposes. it is a non methylated already active compound. what dosage were you planning on running? i'd think 150mg would be good.

and katana contains furazabol thp ether. this is the etherfied version of the methylated steroid furazabol.

winstrol and furazabol are similar steroids, but furazabol is a stronger, compound mg for mg.

30-60mg of furazabol are typical dosages, 50-100mg of winstrol are required for effect (in men)

both are dht derivatives, and share similar qualities, but the thp ether of fura, is much stronger then thp stanozol (pro stanozol)
