Well after taking a semi-break (ie, working out 5 times in the past 3 weeks) due to some personal problems and my depression, im goin back tommorow with a vengance. I'm gonna do deads tommorow first thing, then tbar row, then dumbell row. Then ill kill my bis. I'm so stoked on goin back, I finally got my diet back on track and I know I'll destroy then gym tommorow. Plus, playing The Hulk on Xbox inspired me
