goals for the coming year

with New years over and done with and the rest of the population making up resolutiuons for the coming year, i find myself sitting here writing my own goals for the new year.

My personal goal is to hit 140kg in the bench (modest by some standards but a 25kg increase isnt a bad jump up for me)

wondering what you lot out there are reaching for this year, and also i figure if i post it up for all to see then there is no way im not gonna reach it.
 
Gr8scot - you don't have to qualify your numbers - 25kg would be a really good gain, and any PR is a good PR in my book :D .
And it's 90% mental - if you want it bad enough, you can do it.

For me, the numbers are secondary to the effort - I figure the poundages will follow if I work hard. As long as I can say that I put everything I possibly could have into every day, I'm happy.

(that's not to say 1-dawg and powerlifterjay's goals aren't super impressive... good luck on those, guys!)
 
I'm aiming for a 400lb bench, 500lb squat, and 450lb deadlift.

One thing that I'm going to do whether I reach these numbers or not is NOT GIVE UP I plan on never quitting this sport and go out to break records and make my ELITE and when I accomplish that I'm gonna break it in another weight class. Above all I'm going to lift hard and train smart and of course eat right then eat some more and drink gallons of water. And another goal is to enter my first meet before I turn 18 to get some experience even if I don't place I'll still fell proud and glad I went.
