I like self experimenting.
I should be close to 6% body fat when on holiday, so I'm thinking the glycerol trick will bring out my vascuarity some?
Here is the trick:
The night before I will mix up 1 cup of red wine and 50 ml of glycerine and sip this before going to bed. This helps to fill out the muscles. Glycerine temporarily draws water inside the muscle cells making them fuller. I will have the wine and glycerine again early the following morning. Glycerine is also a mild laxative, so it will help eliminate any bloating.
