It makes sense to supplement everyday i take about 10 grams daily in btween two meals or right after a workout.
I think this is pretty dead on wrong. Cardio is CATABOLIC and WILL CAUSE muscle breakdowns. It is needed MORE on cardio days than on REST days for this reason! It should be taken everyday!
