I've been doing some research on slin sensitivity and ALA & Glucophage's effects but have a hard time understanding how/if that can help with CUTTING.
First of all, does glucophage sensitize muscle cells only, or both muscle AND fat cells?
Second of all, how (in reference to a post by JMW) could that increased sensitivity help with fat loss???
