Girlfriend needs help!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys..... umm.... girls....I mean.... WOMEN!

Glad that is over.
Listen can you help me? My girlfriend has started to get hardcore into working out and she is concerned on some problem areas. Her butt for example. What has worked best for you. I am guessing squats, deadlifts but what else? Also above her crotch but below her belly button she has a little bump. How did you get rid of it? What helped.

She is pretty self conscious so any help would be great!!!
 
SQUATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are the best for sculpting your ass....Lunges, Dead Lifts, Leg Press, Reverse Lunges, etc. Have her lift fairly heavy this will help her problem areas....Also Diet is going to have to be on in order to see any kind of changes on her body. She needs to eat, but eat clean. What is her diet like now? Does she do any cardio?? These things will all help in losing some of the excess stuff:D
 
It's normal for most women unless their BF is in single digits to have a little fat between crotch and belly button. Eliminating sugars, breads, etc. can help with bloating if that's a problem. Posture, too, makes a difference. (I should post a rant about all the fit, but stooping and swaybacked women I see!).

Otherwise, that area is charged with estrogen and cutting gel is supposed to help, I guess. Personally, I think "love it like it is" is more supportive.

Squats and Lunges worked my butt--deads seemed to do more for my lower back.
 
Hmmmmm that area on her tummy. Hanging leg raises will do it for you every time. Also try raising your legs while holding them straight out. It'll get rid of that tummy in no time!! For the arse....what I hate most....lunges, deadlifts, yada yada yada.

P.S: Her diet is pretty clean but she has her cheat days and has been doing cardio as well.
