Gh site injections for fat loss?

supreme

New member
I have heard mixed results on injectiing sub-q GH in problem areas: lower abs, outer pecs, behind nipples for gyno, "love" handles etc.

and before all you wannabe Poliquins, Alessis and Kings all start ripping me that there is no such things as lower abs, outer pecs etc. I am talking about locations of fat deposits and NOT muscles - believe me, I know my functional anatomy! and before any Chek clones chime in, yes I know there are deep lumbo-pelvic- hip muscles inervated by the illiohypogastric ans illioinguinal nerves that provide stabilization and are considered to be the true lower abs ; again I am talking about fat deposits at the distal end of the rectus abdominus below the umbilicus that are not divided by the linea alba and those on the external obliques and intercostals.

I just want info on breaking down stubborn fat deposits with GH site injections and yes I am using T3, NYC, Yohimburn, Flax oil and a cyclical ketogenic diet

I am eager to hear about anyone's successes/failures and please include the dosages and length of time used

Thanks for the info!

Easy there big guy!!

There is some merit to site fat loss, but it is an individual thing. Try it out for yourself. I think that the most fat that men taking GH need to lose is around the mid-section. This gives the appearance of site fat reduction, but there is really no way tp measure it.

One of the side effects mentioned in the literature of all the major manufacturers of GH is that it will cause "atrophy" at the injection site.....ie, shrinkage. This is a good reason to rotate injection sites unless you wish to cause some adipose tissue shrinkage in certain trouble spots.
I have had good results from injecting SC in the area of the obliques.

I totally agree, just looking for possible new and innovative ideas for fat loss. I am always my own guinea pig. I just haven't used
GH yet and was considering the site injection theory to break up injection sites and boredom

I wasn't bashing anyone, just didn't want newbies who have just read their first anatomy book or attended theri first functional training seminar to flame me about the actual muscles and lose sight of the real question - fat loss by GH site injection

I am about to start a 10 week trial of Somaject, I will post the results good or bad.

I would post on the Platinum board but I am having log in problems and can't get on - and some of the newbies have great ideas and lots of practical experience just not a lot of posts yet

Again, all ideas are welcome

P.S. If I seem a little wired, I just added Bromo to my stack and it really hits hard the first few days - no sleep last 2 nights

Thanks Ironmaster - I didn't know about the site atrophy, new to GH use.

That's why I want to gather as much info as possible before starting -I spent most of thr day reading Somaject and GH threads

Could you or anyone elaborate on the site atrophy i.e. whats happening to the tissue and is it only in adipose or both fat & muscle.

I find it intriguing that a compound designed to preserve muscle mass can cause tissue atrophy locally yet systemically it increases muscle mass (albeit not to a great degree without juice and 'slin)

Yes, it's kind of weird. GH will cause atrophy in muscle tissue as well. The companies that recommend IM injections really emphasize the rotation of sites.
I tell you, GH will melt away those love handles. I started to put on thickness around my waist in my forties. Now, at 53 my waist is tight all the way around......credit to GH.

Ironmaster,

If I am going for site fat loss should the injection be sub-q? or is it better to do IM?

Most of the (old) posts I read have the GH being shot with a 29 gauge insulin needle sub-q?

Also what dosage and brand of GH are you using and for how long (if you don't mind) - I am trying to come up with an effective, economical usage pattern that will drop fat, add a little muscle and provide restorative benefits to connective tissue

again thanks for the help

Hi bro, Ironmaster is right its in all the package inserts from serone and genotropin etc, I have been rotating all my GH shots tound my waist line, I am perhaps imagining things but I do feel that my abs are showing better now than they were 1 month ago, I just cannot be certain its from the GH or whether its because im using T3 as well, but to lose fat whilst on oxy and deca and prop, I think it leads me to say that there is something goin on with the GH, Give it a try bro, you have nothing to loose.

Yes, SC is the way to go.
The first year, I did three 12 week cycles of GH/insulin with steroids. I pyramided the dose from 4iu to 8 iu to 12 iu. At the end of a year, my body comp was where I wanted it to be, and I have been on a maintenance dose of 2 to 4iu daily ever since. I seem to stay right I need to be.

O.K. sounds good

I know this is a very individual thing but how long before some of the GH results are seen or felt?

I am going to start using Somaject at 3-4 I.U. per day for 10-12 weeks ,I just don't want to keep buying kits if they don't work

Anyone using Somaject from Mr. L. B.?

Do you take a day off or is your maintainance sched 7 days week?

One last question ( my search of the past posts were divided and unclear) multiple shots per day or all at once a.m. or 2 doses; 1 a.m. and 1 p.m.?

Thanks
