getting ripped

So, you have 2 months to lose 24 lbs.... Try the new generation CKD (Atkins with a carb-up)

Here is what you do:
For 14 days, have 80% fat/ 20% protein.
Then for following 2 days(after day 14) have 60%carbs/30%protein/10% fat
Then after the 2 days: go for 21 days (extreme), with 75%fat/25%protein.
Then do the 2 day carb-up again.
(start the cycle over)

This should amount to the fat-loss you need.

Foods you can eat are simple: ALL FOODS THAT HAVE NO CARBS...as long as you keep your calories in
BMR-5/15%, then you're fine. (BMR=basal-metabolic-rate...weight x 12=calories needed for daily maintaining)
-> subtract 5 to 15% from that daily BMR...to get your daily calorie intake.

Mr.X

the key is NO CARBS

The keys to efficient weight loss are:

a) Create an appropriate caloric deficit
b) Get enough protein
c) Get enoguh EFAs

the rest doesn't really matter carbs or no carbs is fine whatever is psychologically easier

nope mr x is correct here... with no carbs.. its essential to take in a higher level of fat... first of all the fat is being converted to energy... without a high level you won't be able to function...

also the high levels of fat help keep the fat burning
process going...
