hey Mr. Fold, just out of curiosity what do you do for your abs. those are the most massive abs i have ever seen, obviously you are not really cut, but you can tell your ab muscles are fucking monstrous. just wondering what you do for them :)

I do abs 2-4x per week. My split 'was':

Sunday:
2 sets lower abs (pick an exercise)
2-3 sets full ROM sit ups with resistance

Monday:
2-4 sets of side abs with resistance

Wednesday:
2 sets lower abs (pick an exercise)
2-3 sets full ROM sit ups with resistance

Thursday:
2-4 sets of side abs with resistance

Since then I have changed it to where my Monday and Thursday exercises were some sort of static contraction...2-3 sets sides and 1-2 sets front.

i think if you were specifically target arms for hypertrophy, you could be packing MAJOR heat! (don't get me wrong, they are huge and massive already!) :)
