hi folks. this is my first post here. this appears to be an excellent site.

im eating like a pig trying to bulk and i get sick to my stomach if i eat when im not really hungry. i am an extreme hardgainer due to shitty genetics (every male in my family has an awful natural physique) so i have to eat like crazy to make gains. im 6'4 217, with a small gut. the only thing that helps me to eat more is smoking weed, and even that is a mild relief. i cant continue to put up with an upset stomach everyday though.

any thoughts would be appreciated!
 
Well, this might go against typical advice, but I'd start taking the majority of your calories in liquid form then.

Eat a moderate breakfast with something fibrous like oatmeal and dinner with some veggies and rice and drink 4-5 small shakes a day.

I really liked Cytogainer and if you mix that with 1% milk and drink 4-5 of those a day (which will be a little expensive) you will BULK UP no problem.

A cheap method is also to buy Pro-Rated chocolate protein from Costco for 20 bucks for 6lbs and mix 2 scoops with 12oz 2% milk and maybe some peanut butter. Yummy.

Again, this will bulk you up.

I remember the old bodybuilding legend Vince Gironda had a guy that needed to bulk up really bad or the army was gonna kick him out and in 6 months he bulked up 60lbs(he started out a super rail btw) and all was good. He drank a gallon of creamed whole milk a day I believe.

That will bulk you up and isn't hard to do as long as you drink an 8oz glass every hour. Tedious, but it works.

First off, drop the marijuana.....if you want to make any sufficient gains that isn't compete lard.......

2ndly, eat 8-10 meals a day.....eat a little bit every hour.....no need to stuff yourself till your sick and then not be able to eat for 4-5 hours..........
