Getting cut workouts

I spend 2 - 2.5 hours at the gym .... i ussally break up my time in half between working out... and cardio


how should i really spend my time..... the gym im at has pretty much everything under the sun... so what kinda of cardio should i do?
 
you will hear alot of bullshit about overtraining but dont pay any attention, this is coming from people constantly trying to grow rather than just stay ripped and lean. I would recommend something like this...

5-10 minute Pre-Cor Elliptical warm up (12 incline 7-8 resistance)
Quads
Hamstrings
Calves
Chest
Back
Tris&Bis
Shoulders
Shrugs
PW SHake
10-15 minute cool down on Elliptical

I do a similar routine for maitenence to stay hard and ripped, I workout AM empty stomach no ECA...I take 2-3 days off inbetween workout days. I workout for 60-90 minutes. Off days I do cardio and abs.

so far thats looks like a great idea.... but i also want to get cut ... i run 1.5 miles a day everyday (just started monday)... should i run more to get cut.. or is that enough?

I dont need carbs to recover from a workout when Im not bulking, I just have a scoop of whey isolate (All the Whey Vanilla with a little bit of SF Jello mix) in water. Depends on what works for you.

Thats plenty of running, I would cut that waaay back for your knee's sake.

do your cardio in the morning, this crazy bitch that i used to date wants to egg my car, so i park my car in my best friends garage about 1 mile away, so every night i drop it off....run home, then in the morning run and go get my car.


is there any other reason to do your cardio in the morning? :D
