Since I have joined EF I have been on a rollercoaster with my fitness. I started good and strong but I have the tendency to be weak and let's face it...it is much easier to be bad then good. This society is geared toward unhealthy lifestyles.
I am off that rollercoaster and determined as ever to accomplish my goals. My goals are fat loss, and and toned figure. Then possibly further...but for now I figure it is a good start.
I started yesterday (again) eating clean. I have planned on doing 2 weeks of the strict south beach phase because I tend to be very carb sensitive and until my system is cleaned out carbs cause alot of cravings. That is my first step. After that I will be using what I have found on the site in doing research. That will be adding in good carbs.
During the first 2 weeks I am going to try an ECA stack for some increased energy during my worst time. My plan is that once my diet is clean, I am in my rountine, and lost half of my goal I am going to add anavar (2.5 twice a day) and winny (5mg per day). I found a posting that gave a good 12 week cycle of each.
I also plan on starting the treadmill once a day for 30 to 60 mins and then adding in full body strength training 3 times a week.
That is my plan. I am sticking to it that is why I am beginning to journal here. Help and support are always needed. I will be brave and post my stats later today
I have two questions that will help me after my 2 week strict phase. I have an allergy to eggs so what would be a good replacement? And what is a good protein shake?
