Hey fellas hope all is well. Been absent from EF for a while due to life circumstances/family work usual stuff. Anyways I was really after some friendly advice as Ive been out of the game for a while. Not to say I haven't been training. I had about 3 years off training all together due to injury and Illness and have been hitting it seriously for the last 2 years and have reached a point where Im pretty close to where I was before I stopped using.
Ive run probably 4 cycles in my time at 29 years old.
Nothing too fancy and to be honest Ic ant remember exactly what they were but they were something along the lines of
10 week test e only cycle @ 300mg
then 12 week test deca @ 300 and 200
Then a couple more test only cycles never exceeding 500mg. I have also used some tbol in there somewhere which I found amazing.PCT I think I always just used nolva and HCG as PCT as I bounced back pretty quick.
At the moment im 186cm and 88kg with about 11%bf
Anyways coming up to summer I was planning on putting together a light short lean gains cycle. I know the lean gains/bulk is all diet but my goal is to not make this obvious to anyone that I have Jumped on something with very minimal sides and little bloat throughout.
If I could gain 6 clean quality kgs id be happy.
I was thinking a 7 week cycle of test prop and var or tbol
Low doses like 100mg EOD with the Prop and 50mg of VAR. I think my receptors would have had a really good chance to bounce back to almost virgin like state so I will respond really well almost like its my first cycle but im Really not sure on PCT as there seems to be so may different supps and products that everyones using and because ive been clean and not keeping up on the forum lurking and reading then ive lost track. Ive read NTBM has some good stuff.
Whats everyone doing?
Some guidance from some Vets would be greatly appreciated and great to be back on EF!
