Get rid of Water Retention - Photoshoot Ready

Have a shoot in about a week. Want to look my best, please advise.

I've been on yohimbin hcl which i just stopped cuz it causes water retention.

Also am on ephedrine/caffeine/whitewillow/tyrosine. Should i stop this?

Also on cycle week 13 now of 500 test enth/ 600 eq enth / 400 mast enth / 80 prov.. I upped the prove to 100 today. Should I add more mast? I have some spare mast prop or can increase mast enth dosage. Also what about eq, should I up the eq, would the effects be present in a week, perhaps extra vascularity.

Any benefits of getting NO supps for pump? Like l-citrulline. Does arginine cause water retention? Arginine also for pump. And I heard concret creatine doesn't cause water retention in the skin, just good for getting water into the muscles. Should I load up on that? I haven't been on creatine because Ive been on ephedrine/caffeine which sounds contradictory to creatine since it gets water out when creatine tries to get it in. Wondering if my rationale had any merit in dropping the creatine. Perhaps I should drop the caffeine/eph and start on creatine?

Also I have aromasin, should I increase dosage daily to the full 20mg tab every day? I read that aromasin even at that dosage won't take you down too low where low estrogen will be too problematic. Will this help with the dry look?

Also, I have an hcg shot (was supposed to do 3 shots of 1,000iu to end my cycle because i didn't do on cycle hcg protocol, so I was advised to do 1,000iu per week the last 3 weeks of cycle, which this is it)...but im thinking I should skip the shot as it might make me hold water? Since you can get gyno estro sides from hcg is that a valid concern, but then again I am thinking of taking aromasin full tab a day so maybe I should stick with the hcg shot? I just don't want it to make me hold water as it's close to the shoot day.

I am also upping my proviron dosage from 80mg to 100mg starting today.

Someone mentioned SARMS s4 on the forums, but have no idea about SARMS, will this dry me out? Sounds a bit like proviron on the fat loss /drying out effect that it's supposed to do. I'm already on proviron. (But been reading a bit on sarms, and I did like the idea of taking ostra sarm solo after cycle and continue cutting through my pct).

Also I have Xpel herbal diuretic on hand. On the last 3-5 days before shoot, will this help harden me or make me look flat?

I'm planning on doing a carb deplete for 5-7 days and the 3 days prior to the shoot to do a carb load. Also limiting sodium for those 3 days of carb load and gradually decreasing water intake till shoot day.

Also gonna train legs last day 5-7 days before shoot and stop all cardio maybe...have only been doing steady state slow cardio, but maybe it's better stop prior to shoot?

Just want to get as tight as possible for the shoot. Let me know your thoughts.

Also read to just pump only delts, pecs, lats, and biceps. Not to pump the legs, tris, or lower back as that will blur definition.

Any tips or corrections to what I've said much appreciated.

bro, there's way too many questions here... i'll answer the most i can...

drop your test down to 350... up your mast to 700-800... eq up to 800... you should finish it off with halo at 30 mg day... go right into a sarms triple stack after... drop all the other supps... you are going overboard... keep the cardio up... do some distance running as well as hiit training... your fine to go 20 mg day on aromasin... hcg won't cause water retention only running it for a few weeks... its the longer term that can cause estrogen... 1000 ius week two weeks before pct starts... if your going to use creatine then use nitrate... keep your sodium to a minimum... keep sugars low as well... hit the sauna as much as possible after your workouts...
